Property Search - This page facilitates in searching a property of your choice. It contains fields for entering the search criteria. The Property as per the search criteria is displayed.

Featured Properties - The Featured properties are displayed as images on the page. Clicking on any of the image gives you more information about that property.

List Property - This page contains a form to enter details about buy/sell/rent of a property in the fields provided on the page.

Virtual Tours - This page provides Information about the properties, gives a virtual tour of the properties.

Real Estate News Highlights - This page provides the latest news and highlight about real estate.

Serious Buyers - This section contains four categories Great Homes, Apartments, Condos and cays.

Contact Us - This page displays a form to accept details of contact like Name, Address and email for any subscription .The user can also unsubscribe his email on the form.

Admin Section - The Admin Section is accessible and controlled by the Administrator. The section has facilities like changing the content of the pages, adding submenus to existing menus, managing ATMT and similar other facilities are performed in this section. Only the web site administrator or authorized person can access this section.

Login Screen - This is the first page that you see, also known as the authentication Page which checks the User Name and Password. After the login is successful you can use the various functions in the Admin section.

Advanced Content Editor - This section provides the facility to change the contents of a page using a Content Editor. The following screen displays the pages you can edit through the content editor.

Bookmark - A user can select a word or picture and mark it as a bookmark. A Bookmark is a location or text that you select so that you can use it for future reference. For example, you can bookmark text that you want to refer at a later time. Instead of scrolling through the document to locate that text, you can give a hyperlink to that bookmark. By clicking on the link you will be taken to the page where that bookmark is present.

Hyperlink - A Hyperlink is a "hot spot" that allows you to jump to another location. The location can be another file, webpage or a bookmark.

Insert Flash - This feature inserts a flash image in the contents field.

Media - This feature inserts audio or video clips in the contents field as per the user’s requirement.

Form Editor - Administrator can also create a form by putting the components like text field, list, form, check box, radio button, hidden field, file field, and button through the use of a form editor.

News - News details can be added from this page. The News section has the facility like Add, Edit and Delete News.

Properties - The Property section has the facility to add new Properties. Property Types have to be first categorized as Product categories. For example Apartments, Candos etc. In each of these Categories you can add Properties.

Add new Property - Properties can be added below a particular Category as a sub category. For example details of a particular Apartment can be added below the Apartments Category.

Guest Book - The Administrator has the privilege to change the mode of the Guestbook as Moderated or Un-moderated. The Un-moderated mode will display all the details of the Guestbook. In the Moderated mode the comments can be filtered and only the details of the guestbook that have been approved by the administrator will be displayed. The Guest Book section has these two facilities

Advanced Targeted Marketing Technology (ATMT) - ATMT is an enhanced package that comes with all the features required to manage clients like send an email, manage subscriber, manage auto responder etc. ATMT consists of following three main sections.

Message Manager - Message Manager provides facility to manage mails and messages. The Administrator can send mail to individual or group wise or as per interests or to all. Apart from this it has the facility to manage drafts and also create mail sent report.

Search a subscriber - This option provides a form containing fields as criteria to search for subscriber / Subscribers .After the fields are field you can search for subscriber/ Subscribers as per the information provided.

Mail Sent Report - Mail sent Report provides a report about the mails that have been sent to subscribers.

Subscriber Manager - Registered users of the website are subscribers. The new subscribers are added in the database also known as the mailing list of the company. Subscriber Manager includes the following three main options

• Manage Subscriber

Manage Subscriber - The manage subscriber has edit and delete facilities to edit the existing subscribe and delete existing subscriber

Subscriber Report - Administrator can view the subscriber details. The report provides the subscriber details like name, e-mail Id and date of registration. It also tells us how many subscribers have unsubscribed.

Auto Responder - The Administrator is responsible for sending Auto Responders to the Subscribers whenever he receives any mails from the subscribers.

Export Manager - It provides administrator the facility of exporting the subscriber records

Import Manager - It provides administrator the facility of importing the subscriber records.

Dynamic Images - The Dynamic images are managed through the Admin Section. The images are stored in an image folder, through which they are selected and displayed one by one with predefined time interval at the User Interface.

Add Cyclic Image - The Add Cyclic Image option facilitates in adding a Cyclic Image.

Dynamic Menu - provides the facility of adding and modifying the submenus. User can add n-number of submenus to each parent main menu. Each parent menu can have n-number of sublevels.
